An Autumn Retreat of Rest, Rejuvenation, and Returning to Self

Join Kristina for a 4 day-3 night yoga retreat at the luxurious Ocean Home in Manzanita this Fall, October 27th-30th. This retreat is open to all: couples, friends, singles, spouses, partners. We will spend the weekend winding down from an active summer and falling into the rhythm of autumn. The word “yoga” in Sanskrit translates as “union”, “to yoke” or “to bring together”. Let’s come together as a community in the practice of yoga, meditation, self reflection, and yoga Nidra. Take this long weekend away from the demands of your busy life to slow down and rest, rejuvenate, turn inwards. This will be a time of connecting with your community while also taking time to peel back the layers and reclaim who you really are, what you really want, and finding the freedom that comes with tuning into your Highest Self.

We will have plenty of free time to walk the beach, explore the sweet town of Manzanita, the nearby hiking trails, soak in the hot tub, play in the game room, sit around the fire pit, eat delicious food, cozy up with a book, or nap in the luxurious accommodations. This will be a weekend of doing exactly what sounds rejuvenating to you.

What’s Included:

  • 4 days/3 nights in the luxurious Ocean Home.

  • 6 meals. Morning and Evening meals and light afternoon snacks

  • Breakfast: Saturday-Sunday-Monday.

  • Dinner: Friday-Saturday-Sunday.

  • Daily yoga, meditation, pranayama, and yoga nidra.

  • Lessons/lectures on the deeper aspects of yoga and how these teachings help us return to our most authentic and true Self while being better citizens of the world.

  • Writing/journaling exercises

  • 30-minute cupping/light massage session

  • Full moon ceremony

  • Access to private hot tub, game room, fire pit, and theatre room.

The House

  • 4000+ sq ft Oceanfront dream home with 6 bedrooms (all w/ocean views) and 5 1/2 bathrooms located on a quiet dead end street.

  • Private hot tub.

  • Game room with Pop-a-shot, arcade, foosball, shuffleboard, etc.

  • Large theatre room w/82” big screen tv and 8 high end reclining chairs.

  • Main floor great room overlooking the ocean with a giant couch, fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and Nanawall style sliding door leading to patio.

  • Dining room has a custom walnut dining table.

  • Kitchen with everything you could ever want or need.

  • 2 bedrooms w/King beds and en-suite bathrooms.

  • 2 bedrooms w/King beds.

  • 1 bunk-bedroom w/4 bottom twin bunks.

  • King beds are “black label” high-end premium quality mattresses. Each bedroom has individual heating.

Cancelation Policy:

All but $500 is refundable up until 8/15/22 when our balance is due to the homeowner. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, inclement weather, etc.) but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers. We thank you for understanding. Imagine Yoga Studio reserves the right to cancel retreats, in which case a full refund will be granted to those registered.
