“Where are my keys?” Sharpen your attention & improve your memory with Yoga for Brain Health Series

If you want to remember more often “where you left your keys”, join us and learn yoga adaptations that can help you sharpen your field of attention and improve your brain performance. A total of four 90 minute sessions will include short presentations, movement adaptations (Asana), breath and voice in coordination with movement, specific breathing exercises (Pranayama) and the first stages of Meditation. Come to one, two, three or four sessions, practice these fun exercises, and receive a short and efficient practice that you can do consistently at home at the completion of the series. All levels welcome. The complete course will count as 6 Continuing Education Hours recognized by the Yoga Alliance.
