Therapeutic Yoga Workshop with Lori Forest

Come learn how the benefits of therapeutic yoga can help to prevent injuries and help you recover from them while increasing strength, mobility, flexibility and stability. We will learn the principles of movement for yoga asana that help deepen one’s practice. We will also discover the weak links in the spine and how to move in and out of asanas safely to decrease the risk of injury. Finally, we will explore the use of props while enjoying a short therapeutic yoga practice.
