Yoga for Pre-teen Girls (ages 9-13)
This class will incorporate Imaginative yoga flows along with activities to promote positive self talk, improved concentration, relaxation and joy.
Yoga stretches the body, imagination stretches the mind. Imagination yoga is a fun, creative way to introduce your child to the many benefits of yoga. Imaginative yoga flows and inspired games help your child reach the goal of 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Our unique curriculum has a focus on kindness, relaxation, positive self talk and techniques for improved concentration.
