What’s up with Yoga?

Come spend the afternoon with us as we create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that encourages questions, exploration, and laughter. This workshop is designed for the beginner! We will talk about what you can expect from a yoga class. We will explore where yoga came from and why we do it. And, of course, we will introduce and break down some of the most basic and common poses and have some fun with a short “class”. Our hope is that you’ll leave with a combined sense of peace and excitement and that you’ll feel empowered to show up to a yoga class and begin your own personal yogic journey.
