Join Tony at 5:00 pm on Dec 3rd for a 75 minute gentle flow yoga class and iRest Yoga Nidra. Experience the sense of deep rest and learn how at anytime during the upcoming holidays, the sense of calm and ease is only one or two breaths away and may be evoked at anytime during the holiday season.
This 75-minute class will start with a candlelit Calm Flow, preparing you for a delicious IRest (integrative Restoration) Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation, in which Tony will invite you to experience a deep state of ease and well-being in your body, mind, and spirit. Perfect for the transition into this busy time of year.
