The Qualities of the Mind: Introduction to the Yoga Sutras
Deepen your yoga practice this summer, while you learn basics of yoga philosophy, in a simple and accessible way. Join Susana in the 7am Form classes on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s during June, July and August . Each class will build from the previous class so, you will want to attend as often as you can.
To understand how the mind works will help you to know yourself better (Swadyaya /self-study) and, eventually, to be able to enjoy life more fully (Ananda/ bliss).
