This fun and imaginative yoga class is designed specifically for kids. This SPRING we will be working on our Calm Curriculum. Yoga stretches the body, imagination stretches the mind. Imagination yoga is a fun, creative way to introduce your child to the many benefits of yoga. Imaginative adventures and inspired games help your child reach the goal of 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Our unique curriculum has a focus on kindness, relaxation, and concentration. Open to children in kindergarten-grade 4.
$125.00 for the 10-week session (Space is limited to 12 kids, sign up early!)
Girls Yoga (ages 9-13) with Katy McInally!

Yoga stretches the body, imagination stretches the mind. The SPRING Session of pre-teen girls yoga will incorporate imaginative yoga flows along with activities to promote positive self-talk, improved concentration, relaxation, and joy. Ideal for girls ages 9 -13. This class is a fun, creative way to introduce your pre-teen to the many benefits of yoga. Yoga flows and inspired games also help your child reach the goal of 60 minutes of physical activity every day.
