Help regulate your nervous system and enhance your wellbeing with ancient, simple and safe breathing techniques.
If we pay attention, we can notice how the quality and awareness of our breath influences the way we feel.
In this workshop we will explore the parts of breath, and the possible effects that lengthening and deepening the breath in a specific way can have.
You will benefit from this workshop if you want to:
- Discover the relationship of your breath and the movement of your spine
- Increase your breath capacity
- Energize, calm and regulate your nervous system
- Reduce stress and enhance your wellbeing
Come prepared for one hour of lecture and an hour and a half of practice with time for questions. Please bring a notebook and wear comfortable clothes. All levels welcome!
