Imagination Yoga is a curriculum based kids yoga program that inspires real change in the lives of children. Not only is it a fun and effective kids yoga class it is also our opportunity to teach them concepts like; compassion, concentration, relaxation and something we call being ‘Boldly kind’. Being a boldly kind person is a person that says “hello” to the new kid at school, a person that stands up for what is right, a person that uses their imagination like a tool carving out a space for peace and joy. Open to children in kindergarten to grade 4. Yoga mats provided. Only 12 spots available, sign up early! $135 for the 9-week spring series
Girls Yoga with Katy McInally!
Classes held on Tuesday’s at 4:15-5pm
Spring Term Starts April 16th to May 21st
Yoga stretches the body, imagination stretches the mind. The Spring Session of girls yoga will incorporate imaginative yoga flows along with activities to promote positive self-talk, improved concentration, relaxation and joy. Ideal for girls ages 10-15. This class is a fun, creative way to introduce your pre-teen to the many benefits of yoga. Yoga flows and inspired games also help your child reach the goal of 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Space is limited to 12 girls, sign up early! $90 for the 6-week spring series!
