|Calm||Calm your mind and body with this quiet practice. The focus of this class is to unwind and let go by using yoga poses and the breath. This class blends various elements of Gentle and Restorative Yoga. The class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body while releasing stress and tension. |Slow Flow||Slow Flow is a therapeutic moving meditative vinyasa making it medicine for mind, body and soul. You will be taken through each pose slowly and mindfully, the transitions from pose to pose is like one long slow graceful dance, filling you with a sense of freedom and peace. Slow flow is a vinyasa practice that helps calm the nervous system by using a rhythmic steady breathing, sequencing postures to the breath, holding postures, transitioning smoothly, and creating a time to go inward. It will include pranayama and a sweet savasana.|
|Viniyoga||This gentle and powerful yoga approach comes from the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya & T.K.V. Desikachar, it combines movement in coordination with breath, plus staying in some postures. The asana practice is designed to benefit each individual and to prepare the breath for Pranayama (breathing exercises), that helps regulate the nervous system and prepare for Meditation, which is a way to ultimately master our mind! Expect 45 minutes of asana plus 5 to 10 minutes of Pranayama and 5 to 10 minutes of Meditation.|

|Flow||Flow and play in this fun and invigorating Vinyasa Flow class. The term Vinyasa means “to place with intention”. In a vinyasa style class, we aim to mindfully move our bodies with the pace of our breath. Experiment with strength, balance and flexibility to inspire increased levels of freedom in your mind and body. Modifications and more advanced options are offered throughout the class. Some previous Yoga experience is suggested.|
