Come enjoy a mellow paddle followed by a relaxing yoga session out on a floating yoga mat! We’ll start with a gentle warm-up on land, followed by an enjoyable paddle, ending with some floating blissful yoga poses.
This workshop will include a sequence of yoga poses that will be suitable for all levels with the focus of having fun outdoors!! Practicing outside in nature will bring a new element to your everyday practice. The class will be a mixed level class that will start with a brief lesson on land.
