The time from Thanksgiving through the end of the year can be hectic. The invigorating energy of Autumn helps us get an enthusiastic start to the holiday season, but as we transition into Winter we can start to feel drained, overwhelmed, or both. This workshop will provide you with useful tools to get through the holiday season feeling energized, so you can enter the new year grounded, but not depleted. We will touch on the basics of Ayurveda as well as the best food, spices, meditations, aromas, colors, and yoga practice for this time of year. We will end by practicing yoga together and indulging in delicious Ayurvedic snacks.
