A mindful and consistent Yoga practice can bring more health to your body and more clarity to your mind. This translates to more kindness, patience, and happiness for you and people close to you, as well as more peace into the world.
Work on breath, strength, agility & flexibility as you move from distraction to attention in this mindful practice. Postures and physical exertion (asana) will prepare the breath for specific breathing exercises (pranayama), and all this will prepare the mind for Meditation.
Expect 75 minutes of a Mindful Flow linking breath and movement, a short presentation followed by 20 minutes of breathing exercises, a guided relaxation and a Meditation.
