Imagine Yoga studio is trying out a new class headed by, Krystal Martos. Yoga Jam is an active yoga class with light cardio geared toward losing weight and having fun. The dynamic class will be centered on working through intermediate to advanced yoga poses with short cardio intervals in between to keep the heart rate up for burning calories. The class will also be focused on building strength and stamina. Yoga Jam is more than just practice; this is all about you, your goals and your body. Students are encouraged to go at their own pace, take breaks, talk, sing or dance. The music will be upbeat and energizing. Turn the music up! Expect to hear more dance and popular music. Requests are welcome!
Bring a water, mat and towel. Be prepared to sweat!
