Spring Equinox Calm Flow & Yoga Nidra

Spring Equinox is a time where the Sun crosses the equator and the length of night and day become almost equal, then the days begin to lengthen as we move into Spring and Summer. This evening class will include gentle movement to prepare you for a Yoga Nidra meditation that will invite you to bring light and freshness to your mind and body as you prepare and move into spring and summer.
This 75-minute class will start with a candlelit Calm Flow, preparing you for a delicious IRest (integrative Restoration) Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation, in which Tony will invite you to experience a deep state of ease and well-being in your body, mind, and spirit. Perfect for the transition into spring!
The Winter Solstice marks the shortest day of the year, the start of winter and the return of the sun. Celebrate with this special Calm class from 5-6:15pm on Sunday, Dec 18. Slow things down with calming restorative postures. Focus on darkness, stillness and setting intention for the holiday season and return of the light. Enjoy this Winter Solstice practice as you take the time to pause… and create a quiet space to welcome the sun back into your life. After class enjoy some tea and treats with other fellow yogis. The perfect way to welcome winter! All levels welcome.

Travel plans, gifts, parties, family reunions. The list of “things to do” grows ever longer at this time of year.
You are invited to spend time on Saturday December 3rd for a gentle yoga practice and a guided meditation to evoke a sense of ease and calm in both body and mind as you step into the upcoming Holiday season. Join Tony at 5:00 pm on Dec 3rd for a 75 minute gentle flow yoga class and iRest Yoga Nidra. Experience the sense of deep rest and learn how at anytime during the upcoming holidays, the sense of calm and ease is only one or two breaths away and may be evoked at anytime during the holiday season.

Spring Workshop: transitions and Transformations

Spring is here! This two-hour workshop will focus on awareness during transitions and the fire of transformation. Expect a breath-centric practice including mindful and accessible sun salutations with special attention to the breath and safe transitions to keep you stable and centered in the midst of change, plus twists and backbends to melt the winter ice and awaken the fire of transformation. Expect asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. All levels welcome!
Sunday, March 20 is Spring Equinox, marking the first day of Spring. This is one of the two days of the year when day and night are equal in length. We are shifting out of the dark and into the light. So, join us for our Calm class with Kristina as we turn our focus to the balance of light and dark, sun and moon, inner and outer, yin and yang and begin to embrace these exciting feelings of potential and possibility. This class will be gentle and expansive as we move through poses designed to open the body, the mind, and the heart as we enter into this season of rebirth.
The class will be from 5:00-6:00 and include Calm yoga and a short meditation. *BONUS* Josh will be playing guitar during the class, Kristina will bring a new essential oil spray and bake her delicious cookies for you to enjoy after class.
