If you are interested in deepening your yoga practice, join us as we explore together the art and beauty of meditation.
As the seasons change use this meditation to center your attention, review your priorities and transition gracefully to Fall.
Expect: 3 periods of 10 to 15 minutes sitting still in a comfortable position (on the floor or a chair), with intervals of simple breath centered asana (postures) in between.
1. Moving from distraction to attention.
2. Accessing the central channel.
3. Silence, stillness, bliss.
We will use chant (mantra japa) as a doorway to access a place of stillness and connection.

Use the bright light during the longest day of the year, and connect to your inner light, the essence of your Being, in this Meditation.
Expect a short breath centered asana practice, followed by seated meditation. (First guided, then silent. You will be welcomed to sit on the floor, on a chair, or even lie down on the floor, as long as you are comfortable and present).
