Summer Yoga Challenge
Attend 20 classes in July and August
The April Challenge was such a success that many of you wanted to keep going. So, the challenge board and stickers will be back for July and August. The challenge this time is to attend 20 classes between July 1 and August 31. Just like the April Challenge, the heart of the Summer Challenge is commitment to your yoga practice. If you are participating in the challenge we encourage you to take some time to schedule your yoga classes the same way you schedule other commitments in your life. Try to schedule 1 to 3 classes a week so that you are not cramming in several classes a day at the end of August. Also, the Yoga and Wine Tasting class at Oswego Hills will count as a class so you’ll get a sticker and wine!
Together we can help motivate each other to complete the challenge and to create a more consistent yoga practice. Just think of how good you will feel!
*Everyone who completes the Challenge will be entered into a draw to win great prizes, including a free month of yoga.
Easter Live Music Flow

Join us in celebrating Easter and welcoming Spring with a flow designed to help pacify kapha dosha! Expect a rooted class with lots of twisting and balancing. In this vinyasa flow class, we will mindfully move our bodies with the pace of our breath. Experiment with strength, balance and flexibility to inspire increased levels of freedom in your mind and body. Modifications and more advanced options are offered throughout the class. Some previous Yoga experience is suggested.
Joel Miller will provide thoughtful, mindful and relaxing soundscapes on acoustic guitar during the class.

This seminar will be the perfect introduction if you’re new to detox/cleansing and want to know where to start. It will touch on everything from tongue scraping, cleansing foods, and Ayurveda tips, to the Anti-inflammatory diet and meditation. Bring your questions and be prepared to leave with PRACTICAL, FUN, EASY tips!
Following the informational portion of the workshop, Laura Campbell will lead you through an Invigorating & Energizing 45 minute Detox Flow yoga class. The class will include twisting poses, and core work to help detox the body and the mind. All levels welcome!
