Flow with Rosie Acosta

Flow and play in this fun and invigorating Vinyasa Flow class with guest teacher Rosie Acosta. The term Vinyasa means “to place with intention”. In a vinyasa style class, we aim to mindfully move our bodies with the pace of our breath. Experiment with strength, balance and flexibility to inspire increased levels of freedom in your mind and body. We will end this class with a short meditation. Modifications and more advanced options are offered throughout the class.
Rosie Acosta completed her teacher training at YogaWorks in Los Angeles and is a 500hr E-RYT certified Yoga Teacher Trainer. Her training has largely emphasized the importance of mind-body integration through Somatic Psychology, Neuroscience, and the study of Sri-Vidya and Tantra. Since 2012 she has been studying ParaYoga with her teacher Rod Stryker, which blends the ancient teachings of Tantra, Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda and the Yoga Sutras. She is also a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Life Coach and Nutritionist, She currently lives in Los Angeles.
